The first training school will focus on network-building between PhDs, PostDocs and PIs and initiate our mentoring structure, e.g. by pairing students with related projects and by getting to know their prospective mentors. Technical research skills and the fundamental concepts across Areas A, B, and C will be taught in hands-on tutorials. Aditionally, the PhD will start their iRTG curriculum with finalising their research data management plans.
